Last updated: 24 August 2026
Schrödy Lab is an educational quantum circuit simulator. By downloading or using it, you agree to these terms.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Schrödy Lab on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not sell, redistribute, rent, sublicense or reverse-engineer the app.
Schrödy Lab is free to download and includes a free tier that supports circuits of up to two qubits, full simulation, step-by-step execution and Cirq/Qiskit code generation.
Schrödy Lab Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks circuits of up to eight qubits, saving and reopening projects, and all presets and gates.
Schrödy Lab Pro — 1-year auto-renewing subscription.
Price: USD 4.99 per year, or the equivalent in your local currency as shown in the app before you purchase.
New subscribers who have not used an introductory offer before receive a 7-day free trial.
All purchases are processed by Apple. We cannot issue refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple and can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple's policies.
Schrödy Lab is a teaching and exploration tool. It runs an idealised, noise-free state-vector simulation: it does not model decoherence, gate error, readout error or any other physical imperfection of real quantum hardware.
The Cirq and Qiskit code it generates is provided as a convenience and starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated code before relying on it. Do not use this app as the sole basis for academic conclusions, published results, engineering decisions or any other consequential purpose.
Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to circumvent the subscription mechanism, tamper with the app's files, or use the app in any way that infringes the rights of others.
The circuits you build are yours. They are stored on your device and we never receive, access or claim any rights over them. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; see the Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.
The app is provided on an ongoing basis but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, changed or removed in future releases. If a change materially reduces what an active subscription provides, it will be communicated in the app or in the release notes.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this exclusion may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without regard to conflict of law provisions, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
